1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

Each eligible person may register one (1) account only on iq77. The existence of multiple accounts per individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, iq77 reserves the right to close all but the original verified account and to void any bonuses or winnings generated through duplicate accounts.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on iq77 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). iq77 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

5. Bonuses & Promotions

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the iq77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any iq77 content without prior written consent.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

12. Termination & Account Closure

You may close your iq77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds and satisfaction of any outstanding AML verification requirements.

iq77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and iq77, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting iq77 customer support. iq77 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority for online gaming in the Philippines.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
